Huge Toast to Redcliffe Family Dental. They have always been amazing with my kids but today was my turn. With my severe agoraphobia and CPTSD getting into appointments to care for myself is next to impossible. Well I was finally able to force myself in after almost 2 decades. And it was a good thing I did. Though the entire time my blood pressure was 155 over 111 and they suggested that I might want to start checking that at home . I have 3 wisdom teeth that need to come out. They are sending me to Lethbridge for that since I will need to be knocked out. Only 3 superficial cavities and needing a cleaning. But during the appointment they were so nice. Constantly checking in with me to make sure I was ok and reminding me I could stop at any time. Because of their incredible bedside manner I was able to do the entire evaluation appointment and book for the next one's. I wish more medical personnel were as lovely as these professionals were. Not once did my anxiety raise to the point I felt like I had to leave. Thank you to all the staff for making your business such an understanding and accepting place.

I have been going to Redcliff Family Dental Centre for years and the service has always been excellent! My last visit was due to a tooth breaking off and it was kind of an emergency. I got an appointment right away and within a couple of hours I was all fixed up. The dentist that worked on my teeth was very thorough in explaining my options and then did a wonderful job of repairing my teeth. The dental assistant was great and very supportive and helpful. She explained what I needed to do for aftercare very well. Everyone there was very friendly, courteous and respectful. I hate having to go to the dentist but at least the staff at Redcliff Dental make the visit a bit more tolerable.
